5.Play with your kids instead of just watching them while sitting on the sofa. Even better, make a commitment to take them out to the park, you’ll soon tire them out and you’ll get some great exercise too!
6.Have a daily walk with your dog. Dogs love extended walk and you get yourself extended life too!
7.Wash the car instead of taking it to the carwash. You can do some gardening too. Anything that will make you more active.
